The Text editing toolbar in the Creative Studio gives you several tools to edit your text. This article covers:
Text
Font: sets the font of the selected text.
Typeface: sets the design of the lettering.
Add fonts: uploads fonts in TTF or OTF format (up to 1MB).
Font size: changes the font size of the selected text.
Line height: sets the vertical space between lines of text.
Letter spacing: sets the horizontal spacing between characters.
All caps: converts the selected text to all uppercase.
Small caps: displays uppercase letters reduced in height and weight.
Superscript: positions the selected text half a character above the normal line.
Subscript: positions the selected text half a character below the normal line.
Underline: draws a line under the selected text.
Strikethrough: draws a horizontal line through the center of the selected text.
Paragraph
Alignment
Align left: aligns the text along the left side of the textbox.
Align center: centers the text with an even gap on each side.
Align right: aligns the text along the right side of the textbox.
Justify with last line aligned left: straight edges on both sides, with the last line aligned left.
Justify with last line aligned right: straight edges on both sides, with the last line aligned right.
Justify with last line aligned center: straight edges on both sides, with the last line centered.
Justify all lines: justifies every line in the paragraph, including the last.
Indent, spacing, and lists
Increase Indent: increases the left margin.
Decrease Indent: reverses Increase Indent, so it's only available if Increase Indent was already applied.
First line left Indent: indents the first line of a paragraph more than the other lines.
Left Indent: indents the paragraph on the left by the amount you choose.
Right Indent: indents the paragraph on the right by the amount you choose.
Paragraph spacing: adjusts the distance before or after the paragraph.
Bulleted list: creates a series of items marked with dotted points.
Numbered list: displays a sequence of items vertically and numbers them consecutively.
Layout
Fixed Size: keeps the text box dimensions regardless of the text content.
Auto-Height: expands the text box's height based on the amount of content, without manual resizing.
Auto-Width: adjusts the text box's width to fit the content, preventing horizontal overflow.
Number of columns: divides the text into the number of columns you specify.
Gutter: sets the distance between columns.
Text color
Fill color: changes the text color.
Opacity
Sets the opacity of the text.
Hotspot
Links a hotspot to the selected text.
