Add users to your Edu account

Learn how to add users to your Joomag educational account.

With your Edu account, you can add multiple users to your workspace to facilitate collaboration and teamwork.

1. Go to Account Settings from the left sidebar.

2. Proceed to Users.

3. Click the Add New User link.

4. Enter the new user's name and email, then choose their group from the dropdown.

❗ Make sure the email is correct — the user will receive an invitation. If the email is already linked to a Joomag account, you won't be able to invite them.

  • Students — Full access to publications (create, duplicate, remove, edit). Can only view publications they created or are allowed to manage.

  • Supervisors — Full access to student publications; can add/remove students.

  • Admins — Full account access, except payment-related tasks.

5. Click the Create button.

If the user doesn't accept the invitation, you can resend it by clicking the message icon.
