To add a custom web page pop-up to your publication:
Select the Hotspot tool on the left toolbar.
In the Hotspot properties, choose the Pop-ups option.
Choose the Web page option, enter the URL of the page, and then click Add to page.

4. Move the element to the desired position and drag the corners to resize it. Save the page when done.
