If you have purchased a digital publication or subscription and need to download the invoice or order receipt, follow these steps:
Log in to your Joomag account and click your account name in the top-right corner.
Click Account settings.
From the User settings page click the Invoices tab.
Under Pending Payments, click Download to download the invoice.
Under Paid purchases, click Download to download the order receipt.
