You can grant access to a paid collection or one with the Only people I choose privacy option directly from the CRM.
Go to the CRM section from the left sidebar.
Select the contacts you want to share with, then click Access Granting.
💡 Check the first box to select all contacts.
Note: Selected contacts have a blue background.
From the dropdown, select the publication you want to share.
To grant access to additional contacts, enter their emails or select a contact list from the dropdown.
Click Grant Access and confirm with Yes.
Note: Readers receive an email notification by default. Uncheck the notification box if you don't want emails sent.
