To insert an image in your email template:

Find Image in the content blocks on the right sidebar.

Drag and drop the Image block into your template.

The Settings Panel opens automatically. Click Upload Image.

Select an image from your Media Library or upload a new one.

Any content block has three action icons when selected:

Edit: Change the block's settings.
