If you created your publication from a PDF and noticed minor errors on some pages, you can update it while keeping the same publication URL using the RE-UPLOAD option.
From the My Publications page open the collection you wish and click the Edit Settings button of your publication.
Go to the RE-UPLOAD tab and either browse your new PDF file or drag and drop it.
After uploading, click Save and close.
Wait a couple of minutes for the publication to update.
To keep your media elements (images, links, texts, plugins, etc.), enable the Keep changes option. This experimental option works best when re-uploading the same PDF with minor changes. If using it, you must open the Creative Studio editor and save each page that has elements added via the editor.
Will my changes in the editor remain if I replace the publication with a different PDF?
Elements are bound to page numbers, not content. Here are the possible scenarios:
Same number of pages, different content: Elements stay on the same page numbers. If you significantly reorganize pages, you may need to move elements manually.
Fewer pages than the original: Elements on removed pages will not transfer and will disappear.
More pages than the original: Elements stay on their original page numbers. If you insert pages at the beginning or middle, element positions will no longer align with the intended content.
