Your Joomag account is connected to a specific email address. You may want to change it when you have a personal email change, an outdated email, or need to perform account ownership change.
Update the outdated email linked to your Joomag account
Click Settings on the left sidebar.
The User settings section opens by default. Click the Change email link.
Insert your new email address and password, then click the Change email button.
You'll get a verification message to the email address you entered. Click the link in the message.
To complete the change, enter your password and click Proceed.
Perform account ownership change
To perform an account ownership change, follow steps 1, 2, and 3 described above.
Once you enter the new owner's email address, they will receive a verification email and need to proceed with the link as shown in the screenshot:
To finalize, the new owner must log in using the old credentials.
Once logged in, the new account owner must confirm the email change by entering the account password one more time.
