To prevent important Joomag emails from going to your spam folder, add Joomag's domains to your email client's safe senders list.
Step-by-step instructions for:
Gmail
Note: You'll need to log in to your Gmail account first.
1. When logged in, find the Settings icon.
2. Click See all settings.
3. Open the Filters and Blocked Addresses tab.
4. Click Create a new filter.
5. In the From box enter "joomag.com"; "mail.joomag.com"; "joomagmail.com" as shown in the screenshot below and click Create filter.
6. Check Never send it to Spam for each domain and click Create filter.
Tip ☝ You can also check Always mark it as important to avoid missing billing-related emails.
Yahoo! Mail
Make sure you are logged in to your Yahoo Mail account, then:
1. Navigate to the Settings icon and click More Settings:
2. Select Filters and click Add to enter Joomag domains.
Enter: "joomag.com"; "mail.joomag.com"; "joomagmail.com".
AOL Mail
Make sure you are logged in to your AOL account, then:
1. Click Contacts in the left navigation panel, select the New Contact icon, and enter Joomag's email addresses: "joomag.com"; "mail.joomag.com"; "joomagmail.com".
Note ❕ Each email needs to be added separately as a new contact.
2. Click Save.
Microsoft Outlook
1. Go to the Home tab and click the arrow next to Junk. From the dropdown choose Junk email options.
2. In the popup, go to the Safe Senders tab and click Add.
3. Enter: "joomag.com"; "mail.joomag.com"; "joomagmail.com".
4. Click OK.
YandexMail
1. Log in and click the gear icon in the upper-right corner.
2. Choose Message Filters and find the Whitelist section in the lower-right corner.
3. Enter: "mailer@joomagmail.com"; "no-reply@mail.joomag.com". Click Add.
Note ❕ Each domain must be added separately.
Mail.com
1. Log in to your Mail.com account and go to the E-Mail tab.
2. Click Settings at the lower-left corner.
3. Find the Security section and click Whitelist. Enter Joomag's domains one by one: "joomagmail.com"; "mail.joomag.com" and click Save.
iCloud Mail
1. Log in to your iCloud Mail account.
2. Click the gear icon ⚙ and go to the Rules section.
3. Click Add rule and enter Joomag's email addresses: "mailer@joomagmail.com"; "no-reply@mail.joomag.com".
Note ❕ Perform this action for each email address separately.
4. Click Add.
