To send email campaigns from your company domain rather than Joomag's domain, follow these steps using GoDaddy.
From your Joomag Dashboard, go to Email Marketing, open the Settings section, and scroll to Sender domain.
Click Enable and enter your domain name.
Click Verify This Domain. Copy the TXT record details shown on the next page.
In GoDaddy's Domain Control Center, select your domain. Click Add under DNS records, choose TXT, and enter the Host and Value from Joomag.
Click Save in GoDaddy, then return to Joomag and click Verify. If still pending, wait a few minutes and click Verify again.
Add the MX record for the MAIL FROM Domain: go back to GoDaddy DNS settings, click Add, choose MX, and fill in the values from Joomag (Host: your subdomain e.g. bounce; Points to: feedback-smtp.us-east-1.amazonses.com; set the priority).
Add the SPF record: create another TXT record with the SPF values from Joomag.
Click Save and then Verify in Joomag to confirm the MAIL FROM Domain.
Add all three CNAME records for DKIM: in GoDaddy, click Add, choose CNAME, and copy the Name and Value for each from Joomag Email Marketing Settings.
Click Save, return to Joomag, and click Verify. It may take a few minutes — keep refreshing and clicking Verify. Once all three verifications (Sender domain, MAIL FROM domain, DKIM) are complete, your campaigns will send from your company domain.
