Create a campaign preset

How to create a reusable email campaign preset to save recurring campaign settings.

Written by David Aslanyan

Certain email campaigns need to be sent regularly; in such cases, email campaign presets can save you time.

A campaign preset allows you to set up a campaign and save it as a template, preventing you from entering the same information over and over again.

To create one, follow these steps:

1. From your dashboard go to the Email Marketing section.

2. Go to the Settings tab.

3. Click the Campaign Presets button.

4. Click the Create New Preset button.

5. Fill in the required information:

Internal campaign name: The internal name of the campaign, not visible to recipients.

From name: Use the name or title that will be recognizable to your recipients, e.g. company name.

💡 It's much better to use a company or brand name over an individual person's name unless that person is the brand.

Reply-to email: Specify the email address that reply messages are sent to when people reply to your email.

From Address: Choose your email identity. You need to have a sender domain or an email already linked to your account.

❗️ If you select a domain, we use the email username from the "Reply-to email" field. For example, if the domain is "company.com" and your reply-to email is "marketing@example.com," your "From address" will be "marketing@company.com."

Publication: Select the publication which you wish to send to your readers via email campaign.

Subject line: This should tell the recipient what the message is about — it's the first thing they see next to your name.

Send to: Select the contact lists and individual contacts you wish to send the campaign to.

6. When you're done, click the Create Preset button.
