If you want your email campaigns to be sent from your company domain rather than Joomag's domain, follow these steps to set up the sender domain using Google Domains.
Note: You cannot enable the sender domain and sender email features simultaneously. You can only have one sender identity at a time. If you don't have a domain, you can set up a sender email instead.
Go to Email Marketing, open the Settings tab, and click Enable under Sender domain.
Enter your domain name on the verification page.
Copy the TXT record details shown in Joomag.
In your Google Domains Domain Control Center, select your domain, click Manage, then go to DNS > Manage Custom Records.
Click Create new record, choose type TXT, and paste the Host and Value from Joomag.
Click Save in Google Domains, then return to Joomag Email Marketing Settings and click Verify. The status will update to Verified.
Next, add the MX record for the MAIL FROM Domain. Create a new record of type MX and enter the values from Joomag.
Add the SPF record by creating another TXT record with the SPF values from Joomag.
Save and click Verify in Joomag to confirm the MAIL FROM Domain.
Finally, verify DKIM settings by adding three CNAME records. Copy the Name and Value for each from Joomag Email Marketing Settings and add them to Google Domains.
Click Save and then Verify in Joomag to complete the DKIM setup.
Once the Sender domain, MAIL FROM domain, and DKIM are all verified, your campaigns will be sent from your company domain.
