Subscribe forms are filled in by readers when subscribing to a publication. You can customize those forms and embed them on any website.
On the My Publications page, open the collection for which you want to set up a subscribe form.
In the Actions menu, select Subscription.
Select Free subscription and scroll down.
Select the Enabled checkbox for fields you want readers to fill in. Select Required for mandatory fields. Click Save.
Use the generated embed code to add the form to your website.
