You can create a form for your publication and embed it on your website.
1. Click the Forms button on the left sidebar.
2. Click Create New Form.
✅ If you've already created a form, jump to step 8.
3. Select and add all the fields you want your contacts to fill out.
4. In the Settings section:
Add a thank-you note in the Thank You message section.
Select a contact list to add subscribers to in the Add contacts to list field.
5. Click Preview to preview the form.
6. Click Create to save the form.
7. You are redirected to the Forms tab. Hover over the form and click Share. In the pop-up window, copy either the Direct Link or Embed Code to embed the form on your website.
