Integrate a third-party form into your Joomag publication

How to embed a third-party form into a Joomag publication using the web page plugin or a hotspot popup.

Written by David Aslanyan

You can add a third-party form to your publication in three ways: embedded directly on the page, as a popup using the form URL, or as a popup using HTML code.

Before you start:

  1. Select a third-party form service. Create the form, set it to public, and confirm it can be shared on other websites.

  2. Copy the form link or iframe HTML code.

  3. Open the publication in Edit mode.

Embed the form link directly into your publication

  1. Click the Web page plugin and paste the form link into the field.

  2. Click Add to page to position the embedded form on your publication page.

  3. Save the changes and preview the publication.

Integrate the form as a popup (with form URL)

  2. Set the preferred size and add the hotspot to the page.

  3. Move and resize the element as needed.

  4. Save the changes and preview the publication.

Integrate the form as a popup (with HTML code)

  1. Click Hotspot tool → Pop-ups → Custom pop-up and create a new popup template.

  2. Drag the HTML block into the body area and paste your HTML code.

  3. Click Add to Hotspot.

  4. Add the hotspot to the page, save the changes, and preview.
