Open the publication in editing mode.
Click the Line tool on the left toolbar.
Adjust the size, stroke, and color:
Size: Drag the corners, or enter values in the Properties toolbar.
Stroke thickness: Enter a value in the Stroke Size field.
Line color: Click the Stroke Color icon in the Properties toolbar to open the Color Picker, or enter a hex RGB code.
Save your page when done.
