Click the Rectangle tool on the left toolbar.
Adjust the size, stroke, and color:
Size: Drag the corners, or enter values in the Properties toolbar.
Stroke thickness: Enter a value in the Stroke Size field in the Properties toolbar.
Save your page when done.
