How to enable the AI Chat Assistant so readers can ask questions and get instant answers from your publication's content.

The AI Chat Assistant appears as an in-publication chat widget and lets readers ask questions and get instant answers based on the publication's content.

  • Helps readers find specific information faster — articles, sections, details.

  • Keeps readers engaged longer with interactive, conversational access to content.

  1. Open the publication you want to enable the AI Assistant for.

  2. Click the AI Chat button.

  3. Review the credit cost in the pop-up and click Enable AI Assistant.

  4. Check back in a few minutes. When ready, the assistant icon appears in the bottom-right corner of the viewer.
