The Feedback tool lets you collect reader reactions and written responses directly within the publication viewer.
Note: If this feature is not available on your plan, contact our Customer Success team for assistance.
Open the collection that needs the feedback form enabled.
Click the Actions menu and go to Viewer Settings.
Enable the Feedback tool toggle.
Configure the Feedback tool settings:
Button Label: The text visible on the feedback button.
Main Question: The question readers respond to.
Feedback placeholder text: A hint shown inside the text field.
Survey style: Choose how readers react — Emojis, Stars, Numbers, Thumbs, Yes/No, or Checkboxes.
Other settings: Optionally request the reader's email address after submission, along with a message explaining why.
Thank-you message: Add a message displayed after the reader submits the form.
Note: The feedback form is not visible when viewing the publication while logged into your account. Test the feature in an Incognito window.
