To view reader feedback scores and comments in Analytics:
Open Joomag Analytics.
Click the Behavior metric.
Choose either Feedback stats or Feedback comments.
Note: Before reviewing stats and comments, apply filters for a specific publication, collection, reader, and date range. See Joomag analytics filters and segments.
Feedback Stats
Track the average and total scores given by readers. If you use different survey styles, each style is displayed with its submission count.
Click the View button next to a score row to browse the associated comments.
Feedback Comments
View all submitted comments. If the reader included their email, it appears in the Reader column. Filter by:
Any Main Question: Filter by the main question set in your feedback forms.
Any Rating: Show only comments submitted with a chosen rating.
Secondary Dimension: Add Country, City, Continent, Device Category, Mobile Device details, etc.
