You can export Analytics data for any of the four main metrics (Audience, Content, Behavior, Acquisition) as a PDF or Excel file.
Go to Analytics from the left sidebar.
Choose the metric you want to export and specify the criteria from the dropdown.
Apply the main filters:
Select the publication, collection, or multiple collections.
Set the date range (defaults to the last 7 days).
Choose whether to view data by Day, Week, or Month.
Click Export and choose the file format (PDF or Excel).
Exporting as PDF: Change the destination to Save to download the file.
Exporting as Excel:
