Getting Started with Template Blocks

How to save elements as reusable template blocks in the Creative Studio and use them across pages or publications.

A template block is a pre-designed layout you can reuse across different pages or publications. Blocks can include text, images, icons, buttons, or any combination of design elements.

Save elements as a template block

  1. Select an element or group of elements, then click Save as Template Block in the right toolbar.

  2. Enter a block name. You can also assign a category or tag for easier searching.

  3. Click Save as template block.

Reuse the elements

  1. On a different page or publication, click Blocks in the left toolbar to open your saved template blocks.

  2. Hover over the desired block and click Use to insert it at the same position it was originally saved from.

  3. Click the three-dot menu to modify the block's name, category, or tag; update its content; or delete it.
