In some cases, the Joomag support team needs to access your account to perform checks and provide better assistance. By providing your access PIN, you grant temporary access to your account.
To find your access PIN:
Open Settings from your dashboard.
In the User Settings section, scroll down. The access PIN is in the bottom left corner of the page.
