In some cases, the Joomag support team needs to access your account to perform checks and provide better assistance. By providing your access PIN, you grant temporary access.
1. Go to the Newsstand and log in to your account.
2. From the top right dropdown menu, go to Account settings.
3. Scroll down. The access PIN is in the bottom left corner of the page.
Copy and share the access PIN with the Customer Service Representative.
