When a publication is ready, publish it by clicking Go Live. This also notifies subscribers each time you publish.
If a paid subscription is enabled, it activates once the publication is live.
On the My Publications page, open the collection where your publication is located.
Select the publication and click Go Live.
Click Change Settings and choose a privacy option:
Anyone: Anyone can browse your publication without restrictions.
Anyone with the link: Anyone with the link can access, but it cannot be listed on the Newsstand.
Anyone who created a reader account: Any reader with an account can access. All created readers appear in the CRM.
Only People I Choose: Access is limited to people you explicitly grant permission to.
Only People With Password: Access requires a password. As a publisher, you can access without the password when logged in.
Optionally turn off the subscriber notification if you don't want readers emailed about this publication.
Click Go Live Now.
✅ You can always edit and change your publications after publishing — save changes to make them appear in the live version.
📢 To distribute on Joomag Newsstand, you must select the Anyone privacy option.
To unpublish, click the Back to Draft button.
