Joomag offers flexible privacy settings so you can control who can access each publication.
From My Publications, open the collection you want.
Click the Privacy Settings icon on the publication.
💡 If the publication is already live, you can also edit privacy by clicking Change Privacy.
Choose a visibility option:
Anyone: Anyone can browse your publication without restrictions.
Anyone with the link: Anyone with the link can access the publication, but it cannot be listed on the Newsstand.
Anyone who created a reader account: Any reader who creates an account gains access. Reader emails are added to your CRM automatically.
Only People I Choose: Access is limited to people you explicitly grant permission to.
Only People With Password: Access requires a password you set. As a publisher, you can access the publication without the password when logged in.
Click Save Settings.
On the Enterprise plan, you can also restrict which domains the publication can be embedded on and configure country-based privacy settings.
