Unique people who opened your publications in the past 30 days are considered active readers. If a reader opens the publication on different devices or browsers while logged in to Joomag, they count as one active reader.
When you exceed the active readers limit, analytical data stops accumulating until you increase the limit by purchasing an additional active readers package.
Note: The billing cycle for the additional package starts on the purchase date and merges with your current plan's renewal cycle.
To purchase an additional active readers package:
Make sure you are logged in to your Joomag account.
Open Account settings and go to Billing.
You will see a red bar indicating the limit has been exceeded.
Click Contact Success Team to get in touch with Joomag and activate the new package.
