If you get an error when trying to send an email campaign, the most common cause is restricted words in your email template. Joomag blocks templates containing these words to prevent spam activity.

Check your email template and remove any of the following restricted words:

- payment
- netflix
- verification
- notice
- alert
- amazon
- notification
- suspension
- airbnb
- gog
- on hold
- important information about your account

Once removed, retry sending the campaign.
