Create Forms

How to create custom forms in Creative Studio to collect reader information and link them to contact lists or automated emails.

To create a form in Joomag:

  1. Log in to your Joomag account and open a publication in the Creative Studio.

  2. In the Creative Studio, click on the Forms icon in the left panel.

  3. Click Create New Form.

  4. Add form fields: drag and drop the fields you need (e.g., Name, Email, Phone).

  5. Edit the fields as needed, preview, and click Create.

  6. To link the form to a contact list, see Link a form to a contact list.

  7. To enable automated email on form submissions, see Enable automated email sending on form submissions.

  8. To disable collection subscription, see Disable collection subscription.
