Getting started with CRM

An overview of the Joomag CRM and how to use it to manage contacts, lists, and campaign recipients.

The CRM is a contact management tool built into Joomag. It lets you store and organize contacts, group them into lists, and use those lists as recipients for your email campaigns.

To open the CRM, click the CRM button in the left sidebar of your Joomag account.

Contacts

The Contacts tab shows all contacts in your CRM. You can add contacts manually, import them from a file, or collect them through Joomag forms and lead generation features.

Each contact record can include a name, email address, phone number, and custom fields you define.

Lists

The Lists tab lets you organize contacts into groups. Lists are used when selecting recipients for email campaigns. A contact can belong to multiple lists.

Using CRM with campaigns

When creating an email campaign, you can select one or more CRM lists as the recipient audience. Contacts added or removed from a list after a campaign is sent are not affected retroactively.
