Working with the contact properties

How to view, filter, edit, and delete CRM contact properties in Joomag.

Written by David Aslanyan

Joomag collects information about your readers and subscribers in your CRM under contact properties. You can use this to convert readers to subscribers, understand their needs, and improve your content.

Use custom forms in your publications to collect contact information (embed forms directly in a publication or trigger them as a popup). Once a reader subscribes or you import a contact list, all their information is shown in contact properties:

You can apply filters to view only the information you need:

To Delete or Edit contact properties, log in to your Joomag account and go to the CRM.

  1. Click the Settings ⚙ button in the upper-right corner.

  2. You will see both predefined and custom contact properties.

  3. Hover over a custom property to see the Edit or Delete options.

Note: Predefined properties are shown in a lighter color and cannot be modified.

  • Click Edit to rename the contact property. Change the label name and click Save.

  • Click Delete to remove the property from your CRM. Note that you will first need to remove the property from the form you have used it in.
