Joomag makes it easy to collect information from your readers using customizable forms. When you create a form, you can add custom fields in addition to the predefined ones. You can manage these from the Contact Properties page.
Click the CRM button on the left sidebar.
Click the Settings button in the upper-right corner.
The Contact Properties page shows both predefined and custom properties. A custom property is created when you import contacts to your CRM or create a custom field in Form Builder. Predefined properties appear in a lighter color and cannot be modified.
Hover over a custom field to reveal the Edit or Delete options.
Click Edit to rename the property label and click Save. Edited labels do not affect existing forms.
Click Delete to remove the property. Read the confirmation note and confirm if needed.
Note: You cannot delete a property that is used in a form. First remove it from Form Builder, then delete it from Contact Properties.
