A bounced email is an email that could not be delivered to the recipient's inbox, was rejected by the recipient's mail server, and returned to the sender. There are two types:
Soft bounces are caused by temporary reasons, such as an overloaded inbox or a file that is too large to receive.
Hard bounces are caused by permanent reasons, such as fake email addresses or invalid domains. Hard bounces affect your sender reputation.
Through Joomag's CRM, you can detect hard bounced emails in your database using the Bounced filter.
This lets you see which contacts are not receiving your emails. You can either remove bounced contacts from the bounced filter while keeping them in your CRM, or delete them entirely to remove them from CRM.
