Filter contacts with the advanced search

How to use Advanced Search in the CRM to filter contacts by email, subscription, access, creation date, or custom properties.

The Advanced Search filter lets you target contacts more precisely than standard filters.

  1. Click the CRM button on the left sidebar.

  2. Click the Advanced Search button.

  3. Search by any of the following criteria:

    • Advanced search: Search by email, first name, or last name.

    • Active subscription: Contacts with an active subscription to a selected collection.

    • Access availability: Contacts who have access to a specific private publication.

    • Creation date: Contacts added within a selected date range.

    • Custom property: Contacts matching a property you have created.

After searching, a Reset Results button appears. Click it to clear all search inputs and results.
