If you experience issues while editing or loading publications, Joomag Customer Care may ask you to send a screenshot of your browser Console to help identify and resolve the issue.
Here's how to open the Console in each major browser:
Google Chrome
Use Ctrl+Shift+J on Windows or Cmd⌘ + Option⌥ + J on Mac. The same shortcuts hide the Console.
Safari
The Error Console in Safari is disabled by default. To enable it:
Open Preferences... in Safari.
Click the Advanced tab and check Show Develop menu in the menu bar.
Open the Console by going to the Develop menu and clicking Show JavaScript Console.
You can also use the shortcut Option⌥ + Cmd⌘ + C.
Mozilla Firefox
Click the Firefox Menu in the upper-right corner.
Select More Tools > Browser Console.
You can also use Ctrl + Shift + I (Windows) or Cmd⌘ + Shift⇧ + J (Mac).
Microsoft Edge
Click the Edge Menu in the upper-right corner.
Select More tools > Developer Tools.
